These machines are considered a three (3) axes machine. They have a 'X' and 'Z' axis, PLUS a servo driven TURRET.

Remove the old exsisting CNC sytem.
Remove the old resolvers/encoders and wiring from the machine.
Remove the two (2) turret position feedback potentiometers and wiring.
Furnish and install new encoders for the 'X' and 'Z' axis.
Furnish and install a new spindle encoder.
Furnish and install a new turet encoder for position control.
Furnish and install new mounting plates and control wiring for the above encoders.
Furnish and install new power supplies.
Furnish and install a new FAGOR® CNC System with all necessary options included.
Furnish and install new wiring to interface new control to machine I/O points.
Machine tuned to the new CNC System.
